Move At Your Desk Memberships FAQ’S

  • A MAYD membership gives you instant access to hundreds of easy, mood-boosting, back-pain busting movement videos tailored to specific areas of the body, time window and fitness needs, all taught by Kerrie-Anne Bradley an intuitive, approachable expert Pilates educator with vast experience.

    All our members can access live postural workshops and full body pilates classes for when not working at your desk.

    Members also have access to our regular postural and pain-reducing workshops.

  • To access the on demand movement videos you must be logged into your MAYD membership account.

    Once you have logged in, you can click on ‘On Demand Movement Sessions’ in the navigation bar, along with Missed Live Classes, Missed Postural Workshops and One Minute Moves. Click on the page you wish to watch a video from.

  • To become a Move At Your Desk member:

    Click here to start the sign up process.

    Choose monthly or annual subscription. Annual includes 12 months for the price of 10.

    Once you are logged in, keep your browser open to stay logged into your MAYD Membership.

    If you are logged out, simply go to the navigation bar, click on ‘account’ followed by ‘memberships’ and ‘Go To Memberships’.

  • Move At Your Desk is £29.99 every month or you can choose to pay £299 for a years membership.

    That compares to less than £1 per day of movement!

  • To ensure your watching our movement videos in the best quality possible;

    Click on the video you wish to watch

    Find the gear icon and click ‘Quality’

    Set the quality to ‘Auto’ or ‘1080p’ to watch the videos in the highest quality

    Keep your MAYD membership browser open to keep the chosen quality applied.

  • You can find the live online class schedule on the MAYD membership sign up page; you do not need to be a member to access this.

    Our live online classes are:

    Monday 12:30-1:15pm seated and standing moves

    Monday 7:45-8:45pm pilates mat class

    Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm pilates mat class

    Friday 9:30-10:30am pilates mat class

    We operate a reduced timetable during school holidays but there are lots of receordings of live classes to keep you moving.

  • We always have details about our upcoming postural workshops on our MAYD members homepage, where you can find out the date, time and focus of our next upcoming workshop.

    You must be logged into your MAYD membership account to have access to this.

    Furthermore, ensure that you are signed up to our newsletters where we remind members of upcoming postural workshops. You can sign up to our newsletter mailing list here.

  • To access the full details of your MAYD membership:

    Click on ‘Account’ in the navigation panel found in the top left of your screen.

    Here you can find all the information about your membership.

  • To reset your password, you will need to go to the sign in page and click ‘forgotten password’.

    An email will then be sent with a link allowing you to reset your password. This link expires after 24 hours.

  • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for instalments that have already been paid.

    However If you are wanting to cancel your membership you can find out how to do this under ‘How do I cancel my subscription’

  • To cancel your Move At Your Desk Membership, you will need to

    1. Log into your MAYD account

    2. Go to ‘Account’ in the top right of your screen and click ‘Memberships’

    3. Click on ‘Move At Your Desk Membership’ which is where you can click ‘Cancel Membership’
