Move To Reduce Head Tension

In workshops, I have found questions about neck clicks recurring. With the neck many of us tend to move a lot from the base of it. Now, as with all this stuff, where you focus on moving from really matters. How about trying to move it from the top top, eg in line with your nose. You can look down and up from this point - it feels like a nice stretch too!
